Our staff is chosen for our Register for their unique personalities, their kindness, compassion and patience – we follow a comprehensive & detailed interview process to ascertain their suitability and reliability. Our carers are then expertly trained in-house, and mentored by our care managers.

Applicants must go through an online application, followed by a telephone interview, then an in-depth face-to-face interview. Those who successfully get through these initial stages will then be invited to a comprehensive five-day training induction, where they will be continually assessed by the our team. Only those who pass the intensive training programme will go on to join the team.
